Fat Cat Curios makes every effort to see that orders are shipped correctly and that they reach our customers safely.  Each order is double-checked for accuracy and then carefully packed.  From  time to time however,  despite our precautions,  claims arise.  Fat Cat Curios adjustment and return policies are listed below.  If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail us at:

Sorry, but all orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. are non-returnable and final.

CLAIMS

Claims will fall under one of the following categories: (1)  Damaged or defective merchandise, (2 ) Wrong item sent,  (3) Shortage on order , (4 ) Lost order , (5 ) The Manufacturer's Guarantee, or (6 ) Non- damaged returns.  Please contact Customer Service within 21 days of the date of shipment and your claim will be processed immediately.

If your order is  damaged;  defective; the wrong item;  missing;  or  has not arrived within  a reasonable time,  contact Customer Service include the following:

a. Your name.

b. Your order number.

c. The date your order was placed.

d.  If a partial order was received and an  invoice is included in one of the delivered cartons, please include a list of the missing items.

 e. If items are damaged or defective, please explain the damage and whether you desire a replacement or credit.

f.  If you receive an order from us and find it has not been filled completely: Check your invoice.  If the item was out of stock, the cost will be refunded to you.  If the item does not appear on your invoice, be sure to advise Customer Service.  If there is a shortage due to tampering, a claim must be placed with the carrier.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF UNDAMAGED ITEMS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

a.  Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity,  as shipped by Fat Cat Curios.  Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
 

b. Sample items are not returnable.
 

c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
 

Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
